Description / Scope of Work
Quad-e-Azam Public Primary School (Boys) in Sialkot, operating under the PunjabViewes Welfare Fund (PVWF) and Labour & Human Resource Department of the Government of Punjab, invites sealed tenders from financially sound, experienced and income-tax registered transport companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities for students and staff of the school for two years (2026-27 and 2027-28). The tender is advertised with reference NIT/QPPS/2026/238 and detailed bidding documents are available free of cost on EPADS at https://epads.ppra.gop.pk and PPRA's website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The procurement process will be carried out through E-PADS Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) as per the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) guidelines developed by PPRA. All participating bidders must register on EPADS to become eligible for bidding.
Eligible bidders must submit complete tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions with the required number of vehicles through the EPADS portal. Bidders are required to provide vehicle specifications including seating capacity, distance in kilometres (double side), and number of students to be transported. One sealed envelope containing all bid documents will be observed and a 2 percent bid security (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the total estimated contract cost is required in favor of Quad-e-Azam Public Primary School (Boys). Failure to submit the original CDR within the deadline will result in immediate rejection of the Technical Bid. Two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed for this procurement.
Technical and Financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped, must be submitted online at EPADS by 11:07 2026 and opening is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on the same date.
