Description / Scope of Work
Ignite, incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 and funded by the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed tenders from registered and reputable firms for the provision of three essential services during the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses janitorial services, rental vehicles, and stationery & miscellaneous items required for Ignite's operations in Islamabad, Federal Province. Ignite funds incubation centers and innovative projects utilizing fourth industrial wave technologies to address local challenges and create opportunities across health, energy, agriculture, telecom, finance, and other sectors. This tender seeks to secure reliable vendors capable of delivering consistent, high-quality services to support Ignite's mission-critical functions.
Interested entities must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to be eligible for participation. Vendors are required to submit complete tender documents including all Terms & Conditions, submission requirements, opening date, and tender evaluation forms. Prospective bidders must obtain necessary business licenses and comply with all regulatory requirements. The tender process will follow transparent evaluation criteria to ensure fair competition and value for money in service delivery.
