Workers Welfare H/S School (Boys) Nishthar Colony, Lahore is inviting sealed competitive bids for the hiring of school transport vehicles to provide pick and drop facility to students for two years (2026-27 and 2027-28). The tender is issued under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF) and Labour and Human Resources Department, with detailed specifications available through EPADS and at the school office. The scope includes fourteen designated routes with specific seating capacities ranging from 40 to 60 passengers and distances varying from 12 KM to 72 KM per route, as detailed in the tender schedule. The procurement will be managed through the E-PADS system and the Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014.
All interested applicants are required to register on EPADS to become eligible for participation in e-tendering, with bidding documents and bid submission exclusively through EPADS. Prospective bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the total estimated contract cost in favour of the Principal, Workers Welfare H/S School, Nishthar Colony, Lahore. Vehicles having valid registration from 2015 or later will be acceptable, and bidders must meet all technical and financial requirements as specified in the tender conditions. All applicable government taxes must be included in the rates quoted, and successful bidders will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee in the shape of CDR equivalent to 5% of the contract amount at the time of contract signing.
Bid documents containing complete technical details and cost schedule are available online through EPADS at https://epads.punjab.gov.pk with a portal user fee. The last date for submission of bids is 11-07-2026 at 11:30 AM, with opening of bids scheduled for the same date at 11:00 AM and opening of financial bids on 22-07-2026 at 11:00 AM.
