Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) Disposal Directorate invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of public assets including store and grid materials on an as-is-where-is basis. Two separate tenders are being floated: Tender No. 103-Store (2026) for Regional Store Nowshera location includes PVC scrap (835 kg), wooden scrap (181 kg), current transformers (49 units), vehicle batteries (5 units), tools and plant scrap (420 kg), vehicle parts (5 kg), meters scrap crushed (27,000 kg), iron scrap (6,290 kg), and transformer empty bodies in various capacities (25 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA, and 200 KVA); Tender No. 231-GSO(2026) for SS&TL Division Mardan covers auto re-closer structures and components, gantry structures, lightning arresters, and outgoing panels. The bid security requirement is PKR 1,802,816 for the Nowshera tender and PKR 60,980 for the Mardan tender.
All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid security or earnest money equal to the specified amount must be uploaded electronically on EPADS v2.0 and submitted in original form (Pay Order or Bank Draft) in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account at Manager (Disposal) office, Room No. 306, PESCO Headquarters Peshawar, before the closing date and time. Bids without valid bid security will be rejected as non-responsive. The sale and bidding shall be carried out under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended) and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. Quoted rates shall be exclusive of all applicable taxes, payable by the successful bidder as per prevailing government rules.
Detailed bidding documents including terms and conditions, evaluation criteria, and disposal procedures are available on EPADS v2.0 for registered bidders. Manual or physical bids shall not be accepted; all bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS within the stipulated date and time. For Tender No. 103-Store, bid submission closes on 13.07.2026 at 12:00 PM with opening at 12:30 PM; for Tender No. 231-GSO, submission closes on 13.07.2026 at 10:00 PM with opening at 10:30 PM. Bids shall be opened electronically on EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The highest evaluated responsive bid shall be accepted subject to competent authority approval. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. Grievance redressal procedures are available through the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under PPRA provisions.
