Wah Industries Limited, Packages Factory, a production unit based in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the local procurement of Ms Rod 10mm as per detailed specifications provided in the tender schedule. This is a single-stage two-envelope tender enquiry under reference number 13-LP-MS ROD 10MM-WIL-PF-2025-26, with deliveries required to Packages Factory adjacent to POF Barrier 01, Sanjwal Cantt. The tender process is open to suppliers registered with the Sales Tax Department and eligible to provide Sales Tax Invoices and Professional Tax Clearance Certificates.
Bidders are required to submit quotations in two separate sealed envelopes: Part I Technical Offer containing technical details, literature, brochures, validity date, delivery schedule, and signed undertaking, accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 and bid money of Rs. 250,000 as CDR or Pay Order in favour of CEO/MD Wah Industries Ltd; and Part II Commercial Offer containing price, payment terms, mode of supply, and commercial conditions. An advance sample must be provided with the technical offer for functional trial and laboratory testing. Conditional or alternative offers will be rejected, and quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days from the tender opening date.
Tenders must be submitted to POFs Bid Centre, Room No. 02, Behind Rabta Hall, POF, Wah Cantt, before 11:30 hours on 15 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:00 hours the same day. Hand-delivered bids must arrive 30 minutes prior to opening. The successful bidder will furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract value.
