Description / Scope of Work
Ignite National Technology Fund Company, a Guarantee Limited Company established by the Government of Pakistan under the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom, invites sealed bids from well-reputed companies for the provision of janitorial services. This tender is issued under reference number Ignite/Janitorial-Service/26-27/001/Proc. and follows an open, competitive, and transparent bidding process in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Ordinance 2002 and Rules. The scope of work includes comprehensive janitorial and cleaning services as detailed in the terms of reference provided in the tender document.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed companies providing janitorial services and must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft valued at PKR 300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Pakistani Rupees Only) in the name of Ignite-National Technology Fund. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS), and the original bid security document must be submitted to the procuring agency before the closing time of bid submission.
Bids must be submitted through the e-PADS portal as a single-stage, one-envelope proposal containing both technical and financial components. Bidders must attach their complete bid to e-PADS, failing which the bid will be rejected. For all clarifications and communications, bidders are mandated to use exclusively the e-PADS system, and any attempt to contact through alternative modes may result in disqualification. The bid evaluation and award process shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules and regulations. All submissions must comply strictly with the instructions and conditions outlined in the tender document.
