Description / Scope of Work
Ignite National Technology Fund, incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 by the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from well reputed companies for provision of rental vehicles services in Islamabad, Federal Province. The tender is referenced as Ignite/Vehicle - Rental/26-27/002/Proc. and follows an open, competitive, and transparent bidding process in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Ordinance 2002 and Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes and provide rental vehicles as detailed in the terms of reference (ToR).
Mandatory eligibility criteria require that bidders submit their technical and financial proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). Bid security must be provided in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in the name of Ignite National Technology Fund with a value of PKR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Only), valid for 180 days. Scanned copies of bid security must be uploaded on e-PADS while original documents shall be submitted to the procuring agency before the closing time of bid submission. No alternative financial instruments or payment modes will be acceptable for bid security purposes.
All communications and clarifications must be made exclusively through the e-PADS platform; any attempt to use alternative modes of contact will result in disqualification. Bid documents should be submitted electronically on e-PADS as a single stage, one envelope procedure.
