Miangul Abdul Haq Jahanzeb Kidney Hospital Manglor Swat in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites competitive bids for the E-Procurement of various medical supplies and consumables under IFB 2026-27 dated 24 March 2025. The hospital requires purchase of medicine and anesthesia items, disposable surgical and medical supplies, dressing and cotton surgical gloves for the Sehat Sahulat Program and local purchase, laboratory chemicals for SSP and regular budget, medical gas items, ACD bags, and artificial kidney equipment. The total estimated value across six categories ranges from 40,000 to 350,000 Pakistani Rupees with a combined CDR of 2 percent. This procurement is issued under the KPPRA Single Stage Two Envelope method following National Competitive Bidding rules and the financial year 2026-27 procurement regulations.
Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers, sole agents, and distributors whose names appear on the Federal Board of Revenue active taxpayers list under National Competitive Bidding. Bidders are required to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for sales tax and income tax, obtain Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority professional tax registration, and upload the KPRA service tax exemption certificate if applicable. Each bid must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2 percent of the quoted amount for the respective category in a separate bid security form submitted before the tender deadline.
Bidders must upload quotations to the EPAD system before 10:00 hours on 13 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 10:30 hours the same day. Standard Bidding Documents and detailed item specifications are available for download from the EPAD portal. The original CDR must be submitted before the tender opening date, and bidders are advised to contact the hospital's Procurement Cell during working hours until the submission deadline. Bid validity extends to 30 June 2027, and all bidders must provide correct postal, email, and mobile contact details. Suppliers must deliver items within fifteen days of purchase order issuance, with a 2 percent daily penalty for late supplies after fifteen days.
