Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht-e-Nasrati, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from eligible registered contractors for the solarization of mosque and household facilities at Ganderi Khattak under the KADP Fund for the financial year 2025-26. The project involves installation of solar energy systems with an estimated cost of PKR 3 million and is being procured through a single stage single envelope system in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. This tender is advertised to attract competitive bids from qualified contractors operating in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Only eligible registered contractors possessing valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for 2025-26 and valid KPPRA registration for the current year are permitted to participate in this tender process. Bidders must submit earnest money (bid security) of PKR 60,000 in the form of an original call deposit issued in the name of TMO Takht-e-Nasrati. Additional mandatory documents include Local Council Board certificate for the year 2025-26, CNIC copy, valid CRC registration, and complete bidding documents downloaded from the official KPPRA website at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Incomplete, conditional or telegraphic tenders will not be accepted.
Bidding documents are available for download from the KPPRA online portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk and TPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 09 July 2026 by 12:00 PM through registered courier service to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Takht-e-Nasrati. Tender opening will take place on the same date at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders. The tender shall be processed according to the current market rate system and tender estimate shall be framed on NMS 2025 first bio-annual rates.
