Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Renala Khurd, operating under the Health and Population Department of the Government of Punjab, invites e-procurement bids for a framework contract of SSP medicine and surgical disposable items required for the dialysis centre for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is referenced as Tender No. 3/THQ Renala Khurd 2026-27 with an estimated contract value of PKR 4,900,000. This procurement is for day-to-day and emergency supply of medical and surgical disposable items on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. The hospital is located in Renala Khurd, District Okara, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must have their CDSL (Central Dispatch/Storage Location) preferably located within Renala Khurd Tehsil or town and must not be outside the Health Facility District. Bidders are required to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or Provincial Revenue Authority (PRA) as active taxpayers and must submit relevant experience credentials for medicine and surgical disposable supply. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is mandatory. Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by THQ Hospital Renala Khurd or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and that all documents provided are authentic.
Bids must be submitted through e-procurement at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/#/auth/login by 10:30 AM on 13 July 2026. Bid security documents must be physically delivered to the Medical Superintendent's office at THQ Hospital Renala Khurd, Anwar Shahid Colony, Renala Khurd by 10:30 AM on the same date. Technical bid opening will occur at 11:00 AM on 13 July 2026 at the MS office. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the e-procurement portal.
