The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites sealed competitive bids for the hiring of transport services for Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Girls, located at 14 KM GT Road, Rana Town, Shahdara, Lahore, Punjab. The contract period covers two years: 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The procurement process seeks qualified bidders including individuals, companies, and joint ventures to provide reliable and efficient transport operations and management for school students. All bidders must comply with evaluation and selection criteria specified in the bid document and demonstrate their capacity to deliver high-quality transport services with skilled personnel deployment.
Eligible bidders must submit all required legible documents as indicated in the bid document without fail, including valid undertakings, documentary evidence, and supporting documents in compliance with PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit a bid security deposit as specified and ensure their bids include a performance guarantee. The bidding process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act of 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Single parties, joint ventures, and consortiums may participate, but each entity may participate in only one consortium and cannot change consortium composition during the bidding process.
Bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees and remain valid as per the document requirements. The tender document can be obtained from the Directorate of Education office at 2nd Floor, Building Directorate of Labour Welfare (North), Labour Colony, Defence Road, Lahore. All bids must be submitted in electronic format (E-Bids) in accordance with the submission procedures detailed in the bidding document.
