Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis for four horticulture improvement and rehabilitation projects in Islamabad, Federal Province. These projects include Horticulture Improvement / Rehabilitation of Srinagar Highway (from Convention Center to N-5) with a NIT cost of Rs. 316.00 million and bid security of Rs. 3,160,000; Horticulture Improvement / Rehabilitation of Islamabad Highway (from Faisal Masjid to T-Chowk) with a NIT cost of Rs. 667.00 million and bid security of Rs. 6,870,000; Horticulture Improvement / Rehabilitation of Jinnah Avenue (from D-Chowk to F-11 Markaz) with a NIT cost of Rs. 246.00 million and bid security of Rs. 2,460,000; and Horticulture Improvement / Rehabilitation of Murree Road, Islamabad (from Faizabad to Serena Chowk) with a NIT cost of Rs. 192.00 million and bid security of Rs. 1,920,000. The total project value exceeds Rs. 1.4 billion for comprehensive infrastructure enhancement across multiple key highways in the capital territory.
Prospective bidders must be well-reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category CE-10(v) for the year 2025–26 and must demonstrate their eligibility and qualification as detailed in the bidding documents. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Scanned copies of bid security documents should be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF format, with originals provided before bid submission at the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Prospective bidders must submit their bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk on or before July 10, 2026 at 1130 hrs; manual bids will not be entertained. Electronic technical bids will be opened using E-PADS publicly on the same day at 1200 hrs in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives at the office of Director General Environment, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. Project-related information may be obtained from the Director Park Division, CDA, Environment Building, 09th Avenue, Islamabad.
