Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), a leading humanitarian organization auxiliary to the public authorities, invites expressions of interest from reputed consulting firms to develop a comprehensive, evidence-driven, and operationally realistic PRCS Health and WASH Strategy covering the period 2026-2030. This consultancy engagement is based in Islamabad, Federal territory, and represents a significant opportunity for qualified firms with strong track records in health systems strengthening and water, sanitation and hygiene programming. The scope of work encompasses situational analysis, institutional capacity assessment, stakeholder consultations, emergency preparedness review, development of strategic framework with implementation roadmap, MEAL system design, and high-level costing for the proposed strategy period.
Interested consulting firms must meet professional standards and demonstrate expertise in humanitarian health and WASH interventions. Firms are required to submit expressions of interest on official letterhead with credentials and relevant project experience. All interested bidders are encouraged to review the full tender documents prior to preparation of their proposals.
Sealed technical and financial proposals must be received by the PRCS Procurement Unit on or before 11:30 AM on 15 July 2026. Proposals will be opened the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of interested firms or their authorized representatives. Submissions received after the deadline will not be entertained.
