Printing Corporation of Pakistan (PVT) Limited, a Government-owned corporation operating under the Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the procurement of pink and light green offset paper with local high finish, PS plates, CTP plates PS, plates developer, laser jet toners, tracing paper, UV ink, HD staple machines and corrugated boxes. The tender is issued from the Khyban-e-Suhrawardy office in Islamabad and covers supplies and stationery to be delivered on FOR basis. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue as active taxpayers, and General Order Suppliers with valid home and sales tax registrations are invited to participate in this competitive procurement process.
Participants must submit at least two sample sheets of each offered papercard (full size) along with their bids, accompanied by Earnest Money or Security Money as per the bid security requirements outlined in the tender documents. The bid security must be submitted without fail on or before the tender due date of 09 July 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in sealed covers to the office of the Manager (P&D) at the Head Office in Islamabad. Three lot quantities are specified: Lot No. 1 at Rs. 714,375, Lot No. 2 at Rs. 78,401, and Lot No. 3 at Rs. 21,960. Bidders may participate for the entire tendered quantities or for one or more lots according to their choice and capacity, with rates quoted against all items in the lot.
The bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. according to Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The bid validity period is 90 days, and the purchase quantity may be increased or decreased by the purchase authority based on requirements and fund availability.
