Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites quotations for the supply of washroom materials and fixtures required for the Tabba Washrooms project. This Request for Quotation (RFQ-003853) seeks competitive bids for sanitary ware and bathroom accessories including commodes, bibcocks, Muslim shower sets, toilet paper holders, mixer levers, wash basins, and urinals. The procurement is for delivery to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. All items are specified with preferred Porta brand models or equivalent alternatives, with quantities ranging from 2 to 8 units per item. The total scope includes seven categories of bathroom fixtures essential for institutional washroom facilities at the main campus location in Karachi.
Prospective bidders must submit quotations strictly in compliance with IBA's specifications and terms. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons, and may issue purchase orders to different lowest responsive bidders for individual items or to a single bidder for all items. Material will be subject to final inspection upon delivery, and delayed deliveries will incur liquidity damages at 2 percent per month. Payment will be made through crossed cheque after invoice receipt and delivery verification. All applicable government taxes, levies, and charges including stamp duty of 0.35 percent on the total purchase order value will be charged as per statutory rates.
Quotations must be submitted by 2 July 2026 at 12:00 PM to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi. Interested suppliers should contact the Purchase Department at telephone number 021-38104700, Extension 2154, for bid documents and clarifications. The delivery location is the Stores facility at IBA Main Campus. IBA reserves the right to change, alter, remove items or adjust quantities at its discretion. Advance payments require bank guarantees as per institutional policy.
