Description / Scope of Work
The Gwadar Port Authority invites bids for the procurement of security services involving the provision of security guards for the GPA Head office and its establishment and structures located in Gwadar, Balochistan. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract will cover security guard services for the main headquarters and related facilities of the port authority in Gwadar. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit their bids through the electronic procurement portal.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding documents and provide bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format. All bids must comply with the detailed terms and conditions, service specifications, and scope of work defined in the Standard Bidding Document. The procurement process follows open competitive bidding methodology to ensure transparency and value for money in service delivery.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM.
