The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation and renovation of existing cable network infrastructure and the provision and installation of security and search lights on the VIP route comprising Club Road and Murree Road from Faizabad to Kashmir Chowk in Islamabad. This project aims to enhance the security infrastructure along one of the capital's most significant thoroughfares by upgrading underground cable systems and installing modern lighting fixtures for comprehensive surveillance and safety coverage. The work encompasses the complete restoration of existing cable networks to operational standards and the systematic installation of high-powered search lights and security lighting systems throughout the designated stretch in the Federal Capital.
Bids are invited from eligible contractors and service providers capable of executing electrical and infrastructure works of this scale. Interested bidders must possess relevant experience in cable network rehabilitation, electrical installations, and security infrastructure projects. All participants must comply with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) guidelines and submit bid security as required under Pakistani procurement regulations. Bidders should hold valid licenses and registrations from relevant professional bodies and demonstrate financial and technical capability commensurate with the project scope.
Advertisement for bids has been issued in leading national print media including The News, Dunya, Pakistan Today, and Pakistan (N) for publication on 25 June 2026, with a single insertion. Bid documents and detailed technical specifications are available from the Capital Development Authority and listed on PPRA and CDA websites. The tender follows new government procurement policy guidelines, and payment will be made promptly upon receipt of verified bills from the concerned executing department.
