Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL), Pakistan's leading integrated gas utility engaged in transmission and distribution of natural gas in Sindh and Balochistan, invites sealed bids for the hiring of coaster vehicles (25-28 seaters) to support KT School duties. The procurement encompasses provision of coasters for morning and evening shifts with specified trip distances and frequencies: 12 kilometers for trips 1 and 3 morning shift, 14 kilometers for trips 2 and 3 evening shift, and 10 kilometers for trip 3. This transport contract is being procured under single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per clause 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004. The tender reference is SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS/14372 with a bid bond requirement of Rs 325,000. Interested contractors and transport operators should possess valid registration and relevant experience in providing similar transport services in Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must submit their bids electronically via the EPADS portal in accordance with tender conditions. All participants are required to register in the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) as per SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 08th March 2023. The bid security must be submitted in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. Bidders must ensure all documents including technical literature are properly signed and stamped. Any change in current address, phone, fax number, or email must be communicated to the Procurement Department before bid submission. The bid submission deadline is strictly 17-07-2026 at 1000 hours, with public opening scheduled for 1030 hours on the same day online on EPADS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Tender documents are available for free download from the SSGC website and EPADS portal. Bidders must submit their complete bid on EPADS before the deadline; failure to do so will result in automatic rejection. Physical bid bonds must also be deposited at the SSGC Tender Room (Head Office) prior to bid submission with scanned copies uploaded on EPADS.
