Description / Scope of Work
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Karachi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the outsourcing of photocopy and book binding services on a contractual basis for a period of one year, extendable as per requirements. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and shall be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the Authority from time to time. The detailed bidding documents, containing comprehensive terms, conditions, specifications and requirements, are available for download on the EPADS platform at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
All eligible bidders must submit their electronic bids accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount specified in the Bidding Documents, provided in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Demand Draft. The original bid security should be submitted at the NAB (Karachi) office located at GPO Building, Main I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi before the tender opening. Bids must be prepared strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in the Bidding Documents and submitted through EPADS only.
Electronic bids prepared as per the Bidding Documents instructions must be submitted on or before 17th July 2026 (Friday) at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted.
