Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd, situated at Link Road Eastern Bypass in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids from registered contracting firms for landscape horticulture services. The scope of work encompasses completion or carrying out major educational institute, hospital, boulevard and residential commercial societies and industrial parks landscaping and horticulture works at Malir Industrial Park Package 1. The estimated tender value is Rs 2,500 (non-refundable processing fee). This is a single-stage, single-envelope procurement process open to firms with active FRC registration for the financial year 2025-26. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes.
Eligible bidders must be registered contracting firms possessing valid FRC registration for the year 2025-26. The tender fee of Rs 2,500 is non-refundable and must be submitted as a pay order in favour of Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd. Tender documents can be obtained on written request with processing fees from 30th June 2026 onwards during office hours. All bids received after the due date and time will not be entertained, and MIP will not be responsible for any postal delays.
Sealed bids must be submitted by 1200 hours on 15th July 2026 at the office of the undersigned in the presence of applicants or authorized representatives. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours. MIP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals under provision of rules and regulations.
