PDOHA Karachi invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Act for the purchase of equipment required for the DHA Seaview Campus Cambridge Stream project. The procurement scope includes three items: an imported JBL SRX715 sound system with accessories (company standard warranty), a Yamaha PSR SX 920 musical keyboard with stand (company standard warranty), and a Cannon imported 100-litre capacity water cooler model IWC-100 (company standard warranty). This tender is issued for the Seaview Campus located in Karachi, Sindh province, and represents capital equipment acquisition for the Defence Officers Housing Authority's educational and recreational facilities.
Bidders must be registered under Pakistan's Income Tax and Sales Tax Act to be eligible for participation. Interested firms are required to obtain the tender document and detailed specifications by submitting a written application to the undersigned office at PDOHA Karachi headquarters. A non-refundable tender document fee of PKR 1,000 must be submitted as a Pay Order drawn in favour of the Pakistan Defence Officer Housing Authority. This constitutes the bid security requirement for participation in this procurement process.
Sealed bids must reach the undersigned office by 8 July 2026 at 1000 hours. Bids will be opened at 1000 hours on the same date.
