Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration Karachi invites quotations for the supply of video conferencing equipment and related accessories under RFQ-003941. The procurement scope includes tripods (Kingjoye VT-1500), softboxes (90cm Octa Box with Grid), memory cards (Lexar 256GB and SanDisk 128GB), auxiliary and connector cables (TRS to TRS 3 meters, XLR to XLR 40 feet), HDMI cables in two lengths (5 feet and 30 feet 4K), and Type C chargers with dock. The equipment is intended for delivery to the Stores at IBA Main Campus on University Road, Karachi, Sindh. All materials are subject to final inspection by the IBA ICT department, stores, or end user upon delivery.
Quotations must be submitted by 19 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reason and may issue purchase orders to different lowest responsive bidders for individual items or to a single bidder for all items. Payment will be made within 30 working days by crossed cheque following receipt of invoice and delivery. General Sales Tax applies to applicable items only, and stamp duty at 0.35% will be levied against the total purchase order value. Liquidity damages at 2% per month are imposed on delayed delivery.

Quotations should be submitted to the Purchase Department. No advance payment is permitted without bank guarantee. The rate quoted is final with no changes accepted, and government taxes and levies will be charged as per applicable SRO and statutory rates.
