Description / Scope of Work
Headquarters Commander West, a Pakistan Navy unit located at Jable Nooh in Gwadar, Balochistan, invites quotations from reputed contractors and transporters for hiring of civil transport facilities. This tender is issued under PPRA Rules 2004 and seeks experienced service providers registered with GST and Professional Tax. Priority will be given to contractors already working with defense organizations or holding valid defense experience certificates. The contract scope involves providing hired transport services to support naval operations in the Gwadar region of Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must be reputed contractors or transporters with vast experience in providing transport facilities. All applicants are required to be registered with GST and Professional Tax authorities and must comply with PPRA Rules 2004. Priority consideration will be extended to those with existing defense sector experience or defense experience certificates. Shortlisted bidders will be required to obtain security clearance from respective Naval authorities as per established procedures. All government taxes will be deducted as per applicable rules.

Quotations must be submitted by 22 July 2026 at 1000 hours at HQ COMWEST/PNS Akram, with opening scheduled for 1100 hours the same day in the presence of bidder representatives. Commander West reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals without mandatory justification.
