Description / Scope of Work
The District Disaster Management Authority, Sahiwal, is inviting pre-qualification bids from firms, companies, and general order suppliers for the procurement of food and non-food items required for monsoon and flood relief operations during the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is being conducted in Sahiwal district, Punjab, following standardized specifications approved by the Departmental Standardization Committee of the Disaster Management Department, Government of Punjab, and in compliance with PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive documentation including undertakings, valid documentary evidence, and supporting documents as specified in the bidding documents, with failure to provide complete information resulting in bid rejection.
Eligible bidders must be firms, companies, or suppliers capable of providing food and non-food items for disaster relief purposes.
