Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Board invites sealed tenders from registered EPADS contractors and firms for the supply of agricultural input seeds to the LES Farm in Khizerabad, Sargodha, Punjab. The procurement comprises five lots including Maize Hybrid Seed (10 kg and 20 kg packing sizes), Sorghum Seed from South Africa or USA, Millet Hybrid Seed, and Jantar Seed with a combined estimated cost of approximately 4.798 million Pakistani rupees. The tender is conducted through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System under Single Stage-Two Envelop procedure as specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and represents a significant initiative in agricultural input supply chain development.
Bidders must be registered contractors with EPADS and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Bid security equal to two percent of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Board. Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria and provide comprehensive technical and financial proposals as per tender requirements. Joint ventures and consortiums are permitted subject to meeting specified conditions.
