Description / Scope of Work
Gun and Country Club, Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications from well-registered, tax-registered and experienced firms, companies, suppliers and original manufacturers for procurement of goods, services, consumables and related items for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The pre-qualification process covers five major departmental categories: Food and Beverages Department requiring fresh meat, food items, kitchen and grocery supplies, and restaurant-related provisions; Health Studio operations including gym and swimming pool equipment, chemicals, steam, sauna, jacuzzi and maintenance services; Sports Shooting Department supplying weapons, ammunition, air pistols, air rifles, shot guns, pellets, clays and archery items; and General Administration, Repair and Maintenance supplies encompassing stationery, computer hardware, IT equipment, furniture, vehicle maintenance, publications, janitorial items, printing, laundry, gardening, CCTV systems, electrical work, plumbing, paint materials and waste management services. The club is located in Islamabad, Federal territory, and seeks to establish a roster of qualified vendors across these operational domains.
Eligible applicants must be duly registered with the relevant tax authorities and demonstrate substantial experience in their respective supply categories. The pre-qualification documents provide detailed descriptions of items and eligibility criteria for each departmental division. Bidders are required to meet all specified qualification thresholds and documentation requirements as outlined in the tender notice and accompanying pre-qualification schedules available on the club's official website.
Interested firms, companies, suppliers and original manufacturers must submit their complete pre-qualification documents on or before 20 July 2026.
