Description / Scope of Work
District Jail Lahore invites e-bids for the procurement of wheat (FAQ grade) totalling 180,000 kilograms over a duration period from 1 September 2026 to 15 October 2026. The total estimated contract value is PKR 22,680,000. This is a goods procurement conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The successful supplier will deliver wheat to the jail gate on F.O.R. basis with no carriage expenses payable by the procuring agency.
