The Punjab Workers Welfare Board Labour & Human Resource Department invites sealed bids through Punjab e-PADS from eligible and experienced transport contractors and firms for the provision of transportation service for students of Workers Welfare School (Boys) Evening shift located in Gulshan-e-Usman Rahim Yar Khan for the academic sessions 2026-27 and 2027-28. The estimated cost of this transportation contract is Rs. 13,100,000. The school is situated in the Labour Colony, Hussainabad, Rahim Yar Khan, and the service is required to support the evening shift operations of the institution. This procurement seeks qualified service providers capable of delivering reliable and safe transportation for the student population across the specified academic period.
Eligible bidders must be experienced transport contractors or firms with demonstrated capability in student transportation services. Bid security, eligibility criteria, and detailed evaluation criteria are provided in the tender documents available on Punjab e-PADS. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure encompassing both technical and financial proposals. All interested parties must meet the specified eligibility requirements and provide the necessary documentation as outlined in the bidding documents to qualify for technical and financial evaluation.
Tender documents are available on Punjab e-PADS from 22 June 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted through the e-PADS portal by 11:00 AM on 11 July 2026. Technical proposals will be opened on 11 July 2026 at 11:30 AM, followed by opening of financial proposals on 22 July 2026 for only technically qualified bidders, to be communicated separately.
