Description / Scope of Work
Shifa Foundation, a not-for-profit organization established in 1991 and sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., invites sealed quotations from reputable event management firms, vendors, and service providers for the provision of comprehensive event management, logistics, equipment, and related services required for conducting Family Health Festivals under the Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) Project in Karachi. The project is being implemented across 15 Union Councils spanning five districts of Karachi, with 15 Family Health Festivals planned during the current quarter and approximately 40 festivals to be conducted over the overall project duration. The selected firm or vendor will be responsible for event management and logistical support including complete details as specified in the attached RFQ document, with quantities mentioned for one event and potential engagement through contract or Service Order for up to 15 events on an as-needed basis.
Interested firms and vendors must be legally registered entities with relevant experience in event management and logistical services, capable of providing services in Karachi, and possess valid NTN/GST registration where applicable. Bidders must submit competitive rates inclusive of all applicable taxes and associated costs. Rates must include transportation, installation, dismantling, accommodation if any, labour, and all allied expenses. Quoted prices must include all applicable Government taxes including GST and WHT, with rates remaining valid until 31 December 2026. Shifa Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
Payment will be made through crossed cheque within approximately 20 working days after submission of invoice and satisfactory completion of services. Interested vendors should review the attached RFQ document thoroughly before submitting their sealed quotations. The application deadline is 9 July 2026.
