General Headquarters Signals Directorate Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of comprehensive Information Technology and telecommunications equipment for the financial year 2026/27 on a Rawalpindi basis. This substantial tender encompasses over 100 line items including optical fiber testing and splicing equipment, telephone exchanges, IP telephone sets, digital and analogue communication cards, batteries of various capacities and types, power backup systems including UPS units and generators, solar power systems, line conditioners, telecommunications tools and test equipment, underground cable detection and locating instruments, networking components, tower infrastructure, and mobile microwave telescopic equipment. Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or registered contractors with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department registration, security clearance from government institutions including Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Defence Production, and Ministry of IT, and demonstrated experience with reputable government departments and institutions.
