Description / Scope of Work
The Counter Terrorism Department CTD Faisalabad Region invites sealed bids on a framework basis for procurement of various items and services during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes fuel and oils totaling 3.0 million, stationery 2.0 million, printing 1.0 million, other store items 1.5 million, computer stationery 1.5 million, miscellaneous supplies 2.0 million, Muharram duties related items 1.0 million, software 1.0 million, transport services 8.0 million, and machinery 1.2 million, with a combined estimated value of approximately 22.4 million Pakistani rupees. The procurement will be conducted on an item-wise basis in Faisalabad, Punjab. Interested bidders must be registered with the Tax Department for income tax, sales tax, and Punjab sales tax.
Bidders must submit sealed bids in two separate envelopes containing technical and financial proposals under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2 percent of the estimated price in the form of a certified demand draft, bank guarantee, or pay order issued in favor of the SSP/RO CTD Faisalabad. Only firms and individuals not blacklisted by PPRA and CTD Punjab are eligible to participate. Bidders must provide a technical checklist and ensure all documentation is complete, unsigned bids and conditional offers will be rejected.
Bids must be uploaded on the PPRA/EPADS portal on or before 16 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the Regional Complex CTD Faisalabad near Pul Dingru, Sargodha Road. Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. For further information and clarification, interested bidders may contact SSP/RO CTD Faisalabad before the deadline. The bid validity period extends until 30 June 2027, and any taxes levied during the delivery period will be borne by the successful bidder.
