Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the disposal of used engine oil on an 'as is where is' basis. This tender enquiry, referenced as S-149(R-OIL)/26-II and originally dated 22.06.2026, has been extended with new opening dates of 22.07.2026. The used engine oil is available for inspection at multiple SNGPL sites across Pakistan. Bidders must conduct physical examination of the material before quoting and are permitted to obtain samples up to 150 millilitres for testing purposes. The tender is open to registered lube oil blending and reclamation plants with valid OGRA registration. Evaluation will be conducted on a single lot basis, and lump-sum offers for multiple lots will not be considered.
Eligibility requirements include valid OGRA registration as a Lube Oil Blending or Reclamation Plant. Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the quoted value in the form of a Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled Pakistani bank in favour of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Lahore. Advance tax will be charged at 10 percent for active filers and 20 percent for non-active filers, with sales tax at 18 percent for active sales tax registration number holders and 22 percent for unregistered persons. The bid submitted will be unconditional, and successful bidders must honour their offers and lift the lots in accordance with tender terms and conditions. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bid security.
Tender documents are available for purchase until 21.07.2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by 15:00 hours on 22.07.2026, with opening scheduled for 15:30 hours on the same date at SNGPL's head office located at 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Offers should preferably be typewritten and submitted in the prescribed quotation format (Appendix A).
