Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat, Islamabad invites proposals for pre-qualification of workshops and authorized agents of vehicle manufacturers possessing adequate technical soundness and requisite experience in repair and maintenance of official vehicles. The scope includes pre-qualification of service providers for a fleet comprising Toyota Lexus, Toyota Coaster, Toyota Hilux Vigo, Toyota Fortuner, Honda Civic, Toyota Axio, Toyota Yaris, Toyota Corolla, Suzuki Carry Van, Suzuki WagonR, Suzuki Cultus and Motorcycles with a total of 16 vehicles across various engine capacities ranging from 125cc to 5700cc. Interested firms and authorized agents may submit applications through EPADS of PPRA version 2.0 on or before 22 July 2026.
Eligibility criteria require that applicant workshops and authorized agents must possess an active Income and Sales Tax Registration Certificate, proof of active status on FBR's Active Tax-Payers List, and at least three years of demonstrated experience in vehicle repair and maintenance with supporting documentation including purchase orders and performance certificates from public or private organizations. Applicants must provide a comprehensive list of clients served during the last three years, detailed profile of machinery and equipment, technical service capabilities and available resources. Additionally, workshops must be established in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and submit an affidavit on stamp paper confirming non-blacklisted status.
Applications must be submitted through EPADS platform with all requisite documents as detailed in the eligibility criteria section. The tender document includes an application form and certificate of acknowledgement for applicants.
