Description / Scope of Work
The National Assembly Secretariat invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of DVCAM video cassettes required for recording the proceedings of the National Assembly. This procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and is being conducted on a national basis with reserved funds allocated for this essential archival and broadcasting purpose. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope process using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.
Eligible bidders must be properly registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System version 2.0 (EPADS v2.0) to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to comply with all eligibility criteria and evaluation standards outlined in the procurement notice, and failure to submit required documentation may result in bid rejection.
