Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the sale of miscellaneous scrap material comprising both capital and revenue items under tender reference S-149(MISC)/26-1 dated 29 June 2026. This procurement involves the disposal of various scrap materials across multiple locations in Pakistan, with bidders required to inspect materials physically at designated company sites and submit separate quotations for each lot on an as-is-where-is basis. The tender is open to qualified bidders and is being conducted through an open competitive bidding process with detailed terms and conditions governing participation and material evaluation.
Bidders must possess valid business registration and tax compliance credentials, with Active Filers required to provide advance tax at 10 percent and Non-Active Filers at 20 percent alongside applicable sales tax of 18 percent on steel and iron-based items and 22 percent for unregistered persons. Each bidder must furnish bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the quoted value in the form of demand draft, pay order, or banker's cheque drawn on scheduled banks in favour of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Lahore. SNGPL employees are prohibited from participating, and the company reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons or justifying grounds for rejection.
Physical inspection of scrap materials can be conducted from 09:00 to 16:00 hours on any working day up to one day before tender opening. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked confidential and addressed to the Co-Ordinator (PB&MC) at SNGPL's 2nd Floor LDA Plaza office on Egerton/Kashmir Road, Lahore, with closing time fixed at 14:30 hours on 28 July 2026 and opening at 15:00 hours the same day. Quotations must remain valid for five months from the opening date, with prices quoted exclusively of all taxes and submitted using the provided quotation form appendix. Successful bidders will be required to deposit balance payment within timelines specified in award letters, with delivery of awarded lots occurring during working hours following full payment submission.
