Cadet College Okara invites sealed tenders for the purchase, supply and installation of 16 LCD/LED projectors with complete accessories for classroom and laboratory use. The tender is for high-specification projectors featuring 3LCD technology, 3000 to 4000 lumen brightness, 1080p Full HD resolution, and comprehensive connectivity options including HDMI, VGA, USB and wireless LAN. The scope includes complete installation, one month of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and servicing, with warranty valid as per manufacturer's policy. This procurement is for educational facility upgrade in Punjab province and requires bidders to demonstrate technical and financial capability.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and have valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration. A bid security of Rs. 19,200 in the form of a CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order from Bank of Punjab is mandatory, along with attested copies of CNIC, NTN, GST registration certificate and an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted. Tenderers must submit advance income tax of 10 percent of the total bid amount, with GST payable as per prevailing rules and included in final billing. A performance guarantee of 10 percent of the contract value is required after award, to be held for two months. Bids remain valid for 60 days from submission.
Tender documents are available for purchase and must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing separate technical and financial bids. Submission deadline is 21 July 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Technical bids will be evaluated first, followed by financial bid opening for technically successful bidders. All tender pages must be signed and stamped. Successful bidders must complete supply and installation within the stipulated timeframe, with failure resulting in forfeiture of security.
