Vocational Training Institute Shorkot, operating under the Government of the Punjab, invites sealed tenders for the provision of security guard services. The tender encompasses security services for the institute's premises with an estimated total cost of Rs. 1,962,720 covering deployment of security personnel for a contract period of one year extendable up to three years. The minimum base line cost is fixed at Rs. 40,000 per security guard per month in accordance with Government of Punjab salary standards. Eligibility requirements mandate that bidding firms must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Registrar of Firms, or as Sole Proprietors with relevant tax authorities. Participants must demonstrate at least one year of verifiable experience in providing professional security services. A fixed bid security of Rs. 58,882 (3% of estimated cost) in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft payable to Principal Vocational Training Institute Shorkot is mandatory for all bids. The bid validity period is 90 days, and all offers must strictly conform to tender document specifications without conditions or rate variations.
