Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration, Gadezai Buner invites sealed bids under national competitive bidding through the EPADS system for the procurement and fabrication of three categories of heavy-duty commercial vehicles and equipment. The tender covers fabrication of a mini tipper or mini dumper on Changan Sherpa 1200cc chassis as per approved specifications (04 numbers), fabrication of a hydraulic tipping trolley complete in all respects (02 numbers), and fabrication of a front-end loader and back hoe heavy duty commercial use on available 85 HP 4WD chassis as per specification (02 numbers). This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement process following KPPRA Rules 2014, with bids submitted through EPADS from registered manufacturers and fabricators on the Active Tax Payer List of FBR and KPRA. The tender is issued in Buner district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bidders must be registered manufacturing firms or fabricators with valid NTN and Tax Payer certificates from KPRA and FBR; quotations without these documents will be rejected. Bid security of 2% in original form as Call Deposit Receipt must be submitted in the name of TMO TMA Gadezai. An affidavit confirming bid security placement is mandatory in the technical bid. Technical and financial bids must be sealed separately and clearly marked in bold letters. Incomplete, conditional, unsigned, unstamped, sealed, incorrect, incomplete, tampered or overwritten tender documents will be considered non-responsive and rejected.
Bid documents containing detailed descriptions and evaluation criteria may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours (Monday to Friday) by depositing Rs 2000 non-refundable or downloaded from EPADS and www.kppra.gov.pk. Quotations must reach the office of TMA Gadezai on 20 July 2026 up to 02:00 PM through registered courier services only; bids received after this deadline or by hand will not be entertained. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives, with financial bids of technically qualified bidders to be opened on a date intimated later.
