Description / Scope of Work
The Superintendent Sub Jail Battagram invites sealed electronic tenders for the supply of cooked food and other miscellaneous items worth approximately Rs. 1.5 Crore for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued under the regulatory framework of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) and utilizes the EPADS (e-Procurement) platform. The scope of work encompasses the provision of quality cooked meals and miscellaneous supplies to meet the operational requirements of Sub Jail Battagram located in Battagram, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Only bidders and contractors registered with KPPRA and EPADS Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible to participate in this tender. Unregistered firms and contractors can register themselves on the EPADS website at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/ with their required information prior to bid submission.
Bidders participating in the e-tendering process must submit a bid security of 02% (CDR-original) of the tender value in favor of the Superintendent Sub Jail Battagram before the closing date and time. The bid security and all required documentation must be uploaded on the EPADS portal, otherwise the bid will be treated as non-responsive. Prospective bidders should not be blacklisted by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Prison Department or Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Contractors and firms must provide audited financial statements for the previous three years, bank statements verified by bank managers as proof of financial stability, FBR registration certificates, National Tax Numbers, Sales Tax Numbers, and a food authority certificate under Section 15 of the KPFS and HFA Act 2014.
Bid documents are available on the EPADS website. Interested bidders can submit their bids through the EPADS-E-Bids portal up to 10:30 AM on 22-07-2026, and bids will be opened online at 11:00 AM on the same day.
