Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration Khanpur, located in Khanpur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers and fabricators for the supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery and equipment. The procurement includes four main items: two units of mini tipper dumpers (1.5 cubic meters with chassis to be provided by the department), one unit of mini tipper encroachment sanitation fabrication (1.5 cubic meters with chassis provided by the department), one unit of front end loader and backhoe with sunshade (tractor to be provided by the department), and two units of hydraulic tipping trolleys with five-ton capacity, pentle hooks, sunshade and complete attachments (tractor to be provided by the department). The tender is issued under the two envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014 with separate technical and financial bids. Interested and duly registered bidders on the EPAD portal are eligible to apply, subject to their being registered on the e-procure.gov.pk supplier registration system. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded online on the EPADS portal in strict accordance with KPPRA prescribed procedures. Bid security equal to two percent of the total bid price in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank in the name of TMO TMA Khanpur must be sealed and enclosed strictly within the technical bid envelope. Bids must be submitted by 20 July 2026 before 11:00 AM through registered mail or postal service. Technical bid opening will occur on the same date at 12:30 PM at the TMA Khanpur office in the presence of bidders and authorized representatives. The successful bidder must provide a minimum one-year comprehensive warranty and complete operational training.
