Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Pakistan, an independent medical emergency relief organization providing assistance to people worldwide regardless of background, religion or political conviction, invites open tenders from eligible firms and contractors for Hybrid Solar Installation at Dera Nurad Jamali Hospital in Islamabad, Federal Province. The project concerns the installation of a hybrid solar system with a capacity of 225 KWP and 485 KWH battery storage at the hospital facility. This tender is being floated to qualified contractors capable of delivering complete hybrid solar solutions including design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the renewable energy system.
Eligible firms and contractors must meet specific requirements to participate in this tender process. Bidders are required to provide letterhead or official email address of the company with full name, permanent address and telephone/mobile number. Applicants must demonstrate at least three similar works completed during the last five years with relevant completion certificates from the issuing organization. Valid income tax and sales tax registration certificates must be submitted, along with an active FBR registration list where applicable. Additionally, valid PEC registration certificate in the relevant category with respect to the procurement scope is mandatory for all participants.
Tender documents will be issued exclusively to eligible firms and contractors who submit the required documentation. All application materials should be submitted in a sealed envelope or through email at the address indicated below between 28 July and 9 July 2026. MSF-Holland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
