Rehabilitation and Construction of Boundary Wall, CCTV Cameras, and E-Fencing at Lifestyle Residency Apartments G-131 by FGEHA

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) invites sealed bids through the E-PADS platform for the Rehabilitation/Construction of Boundary Wall, Installation of CCTV Cameras, Flood Lights and E-Fencing at Lifestyle Residency Apartments G-131 located in Islamabad. The project is issued under single stage one envelope (SSOE) procurement method with an estimated cost of Rupees 400,000 and a Lump Sum format. The contract must be completed by December 30, 2026, and bidders must be pre-qualified with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above with relevant codes CE10, ES02 and EE11, and maintain valid income tax registration with the Federal Board of Revenue.
