The Punjab Skills Development Fund invites sealed e-bids for the hiring of Industry Training Partners (ITPs) to deliver the Advance Technology Program across Punjab. This procurement (Reference 130/PSDF/ADT) aims to engage qualified training partners capable of delivering approved trades in advanced technology sectors. The program is designed to develop skilled workforce across multiple districts in Punjab province, with ITPs responsible for curriculum delivery, practical training, instructor management, and ensuring quality standards in line with PSDF guidelines. A bid security as specified in the Bid Data Sheet must be submitted with the proposal. Joint ventures are permitted, with clear role definitions for all partner organizations. Bidders must commit to minimum wage compliance and adherence to all applicable labor and tax regulations throughout the contract period.
Sealed e-bids must be submitted on or before 3:00 PM on October 14, 2026, to the PSDF office at 21 A, H-Block, Dr. Mateen Fatima Road, Gulberg II, Lahore, Pakistan.
