Description / Scope of Work
Government Graduate College, Sahiwal invites competitive bids for the printing of college prospectus for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work includes production of a complete college prospectus package comprising a title cover in 300gsm art card with double-sided four-colour printing and front lamination, one admission form in legal size with 100gsm offset single-colour printing, one health profile form in legal size with 100gsm offset single-colour printing, and 88 full-colour interior pages in 20x30 size (1/8 format) on 113gsm matte paper. The estimated tender value is Rs. 1,500,000. All materials including offset paper, art card, and matte paper samples must be provided by the bidder for approval by the college administration prior to commencement of printing work. The prospectus shall be bound with side-stiching and cloth binding as per standard specifications.
Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to five percent of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 75,000, in the form of a CDR (Crossed Demand Draft) from any scheduled bank, made payable to the Principal, Government Graduate College, Sahiwal. All bidders are required to provide certified copies of their national identity card, District registration certificate, NTN and GST certificates along with their tender submission. Bidders must ensure that all documentary evidence of eligibility and legal status is complete and authentic as per the relevant procurement regulations. The tender invitation follows the single envelope, single-stage bidding procedure.
Bids must be submitted in the prescribed tender form and received at the office of the Principal, Government Graduate College, Sahiwal by 12:00 noon on 20 July 2026 (Monday) in the presence of the authorized opening committee. Only bids received by the stipulated date and time in original signed form shall be considered for evaluation. Bids submitted through registered post will be accepted if received by the closing deadline. The bid documents are available free of cost for download from the PPRA portal as per PPRA Rule 25(7).
