Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur IBA University invites sealed tenders for the supply and installation of an air conditioning system at the Masjid located at the main campus in Sukkur, Sindh. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for well-established, reputed, and experienced firms registered with the income tax and sales tax departments. The estimated project cost is Rs. 16.9 million with a bid security requirement of Rs. 350,000, and the work must be completed within 4 months of contract award.
All bidders must be validly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above with specialized code ME-01, possess current income tax and sales tax registration with active taxpayer status, and demonstrate an average annual turnover for the past five years that meets or exceeds the estimated project cost. Bidders must submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation history, blacklisting, or involvement in corrupt or fraudulent practices, and certify that all provided information and documents are accurate and true. Bidders must not have forfeited CDR or bid security with the procurement agency in the past.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ and from www.iba-suk.edu.pk/tenders. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS between July 6, 2026 and July 23, 2026, with the opening scheduled for July 23, 2026 at 3:00 PM. A copy of the bid security must be attached with the technical proposal through EPADS, and the sealed original bid security must be sent to the Project Director's office at Sukkur IBA University on Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui Road before the final submission deadline.
