Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), a government healthcare institution under the Punjab Health Department, invites competitive bids for the development, design, deployment and maintenance of a Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) for two facilities: the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and the National Specialty Care Centre (NSCC) Samli Murree for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers application software only, excluding hardware and network infrastructure. The contract duration is twelve months for development and implementation followed by twelve months of warranty and service level agreement support, with provisions for extension. Original bid security documents must be submitted in physical form at or before the time of e-bid opening. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16-07-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Purchase Office of RIC Rawalpindi. Bid validity is one hundred eighty days from the opening date.
