For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Recurring annual contract for fleet maintenance and spares supply to Mansehra police—likely 15–30 vehicles based on district scale.
Single-envelope bid process suggests straightforward evaluation. Tight timeline (closing July 2026) with same-day opening limits preparation window. Bidders should note tax registration and non-blacklist verification are enforced gatekeepers; 2% call deposit required upfront. This is operational maintenance, not capital procurement—cash flow predictable but payment subject to government tax deductions.
Who can bid: Must hold active FBR Income Tax and Sales Tax registration; must not appear on any blacklist. Typically, NTN and valid GST certificate copies (attested) suffice. No PEC category applies (non-construction, supplies/services). SECP registration not mandated but may be required if bidder is a company; clarify with DPO office.
