For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PSO is procuring 60 semi-hydraulic vehicle lifts (4.5-tonne capacity) for deployment across retail outlets.
This is a substantial one-off supply contract (60 units) with 90-day delivery deadline and strict penalty clauses (0.1% per day, capped at 10%). The requirement for OEM compliance documentation and 12-month warranty from delivery suggests quality assurance is critical. Bidders must be registered with PSO and capable of meeting ANSI standards and providing installation support. Competition will be price-led but technical compliance is non-negotiable.
Who can bid: The notice specifies quotations from PSO-registered vendors. Typically, suppliers of industrial lifting equipment in Pakistan must hold valid PEC Category-A or appropriate SECP registration, valid NTN and GST certificates, and machinery import/manufacturing licenses if applicable. Equipment must comply with ANSI B-153-1 standards. No specific restrictions are stated beyond vendor registration.
