Northern Areas Transport Corporation (NATCO), a public sector organization based in Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed bids for the annual supply of genuine, OEM, or OEM-equivalent spare parts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is required to support NATCO's diverse operational fleet comprising passenger and cargo vehicles, including Yutong buses, Daewoo buses, Hino Euro buses, Toyota Coasters, Toyota Hi-Roof vans, Shacman trucks, Daewoo trucks, Fiat trucks, Hino trucks, and other vehicles. The call deposit for this procurement is Rs. 1,500,000 and bids will be received until 28 July 2026 at the NATCO Head Office in Gilgit.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms or companies with valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration (STN), and Active Taxpayer (ATL) status. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years of proven experience in supplying automotive spare parts to government departments, public sector organizations, or large fleet operators, supported by documentary evidence. Preference will be given to authorized dealers and distributors of the relevant vehicle manufacturers. Bidders must not have been blacklisted or debarred by any provincial or federal government organization within the last five years and must submit a No Blacklisting Affidavit. Earnest money or bid security of Rs. 1,500,000 in the form of a pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for at least 120 days from bid submission, is mandatory.
Tender documents are available from the office of the Manager Procurement at NATCO Head Office Gilgit or from the General Manager (South) at NATCO Islamabad upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 deposited to the official account PK36ALFH0119001003485687 NATCO. Bids must be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with the technical proposal containing eligibility documents, tender fee receipt, and bid security, while the financial proposal contains only the price schedule. Proposals must be submitted on or before 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM with bid opening at 11:30 AM at the NATCO Head Office Gilgit.
