Dawood University of Engineering and Technology, located in Sindh Province, invites sealed competitive bids for the printing of prospectus, student kits and student handbooks as per the detailed schedule of requirements and bill of quantities provided in this tender document. This is a service procurement under the SPPRA Standard Form of Bidding, issued to qualified printing contractors capable of delivering high-quality educational materials in compliance with specified technical standards and timelines. The scope encompasses design, printing, finishing and delivery of all materials as outlined in the technical specifications and schedule of requirements section of this tender notice.
Eligible bidders must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria set forth in Section X of this document, which includes valid business registration, relevant experience in similar printing works, and compliance with applicable procurement regulations.
